Esco Miri Installation Guide



  • Step 1: Equipment needed

  • Step 2: Find Esco Miri external alarm port

  • Step 3: Link Esco Miri to ViGIE

  • Step 4: Configure an alarm and perform a test



Step 1: Equipment needed 


-    Airo Sensor 202041

-    External Status Adapter (pre-assembled with 3.5mm Jack)



Step 2: Find Esco Miri external alarm port 


The Alarm Port is located at the back of the unit.




Step 3: Link Esco Miri to ViGIE 


Connect the 3.5mm Jack to Esco Miri and the External Status Adapter to the Airo Sensor 202041


Additional Info: The output is NC (Normally Closed) and non configurable.



Step 4: Configure an alarm and perform a test 


1st - Find your sensor using the ViGIE Platform and configure an alarm profile.

2nd - Check if the Esco Miri status match the ViGIE platform


Esco Miri OK = ViGIE OK


If the status is mismatched (eg: Equipment Alarm but ViGIE OK) please raise a ticket with ViGIE Helpdesk Team

3rd - Simulate an event


After simulate an event, please ensure that a new ViGIE Alarm was created/sent. 

Then a recovery should be tested as well, performing a status follow-up using ViGIE Platform.


This device will alarm if : 
- Temperature alarm
- Gas alarm for CO2 or O2 levels
- Low-pressure or high-pressure alarm for CO2 and N2 gases  
- Power supply to the unit is suddenly cut
