On Impersonate page you can verify the status of each user from the organizations you manage. Here’s how to interpret those status:

• Active: Fully activated user.

• Not Login yet: The user hasn't logged in on ViGIE 3 yet and therefore doesn't have the account activated.

• Blocked by Admin: An administrator has blocked the access of this user to ViGIE 3 platform.

• Not validated by Admin: The user was created by a Manager and still needs authorisation from the administrator.

• Multiple password failures: The user account was blocked due to multiple password failures (more than 3).

• Renew password: This user's password is pending renewal.

• Inactive: Misconfiguration of user's settings.
