How to create a new user on Management Portal

 To create new user's on Management Portal, follow the steps:


  • Step 1 : In the main menu, on the left side, click on Settings and then select the sub option Users.


  • Step 2 : Click on the + New User button


  • Step 3 : Fill in all the user information required.


  • Step 4 : Click on Save button.


  • Step 5 : Wait until you receive an Authentication code SMS on your mobile phone to validate this action.


  • Step 6 : Fill in the code received.


  • Step 5 : Click Authenticate.


Your new user has been created and will receive and an e-mail with its Management Portal Login credentials.
