To reset another Management Portal user password follow these steps:

• Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click on Settings and then select Users sub-option.

• Step 2: Select the user you wish to reset the password. 

• Step 3 : When the side bar opens, select the option Reset Password.

That user will receive a temporary password on its email. After re-entering the Management Portal he'll be asked to redefine a new password.
