What actions can be done to the ViGIE3 users?

On Management Portal, some actions to ViGIE3 users are promptly available. On Impersonate page, when selecting a user to view its details one can:


  • Send email test : An email is sent to the user in order to verify its correct configuration.


  • Reset Password : A temporary password is sent to the user by email. When taht user re-enters ViGIE3 he will be asked to re-define a new password. 


  • Block/Unblock user : Allows to block/grant access to that user to ViGIE 3.


  • Delete user : Erases the user from ViGIE 3 platform. That user will no longer be able to enter ViGIE 3 and will not receive any more notifications. All actions previously made by this user will still remain available for consult.
