- Step 1: On Management Portal Login page click on Forgot Password?.
- Step 2 : A new page will appear with the Forgot Password options. Enter the your Management Portal email and click on Reset password.
- Step 3 : Check your inbox and look for an email with a temporary password (this step may take a few minutes).
- Step 4 : Return to Management Portal login page.
- Step 5: Enter your email and the temporary password received.
- Step 6 : Define a new password and confirm it (please note the password rules and how strong it is. ViGIE only accepts password classified as "Good" or above).
- Step 7 : Save the new password and the process is complete.
