Medicinal Air Consumption

Real-time monitoring and management of medicinal air consumption, aimed at optimizing usage, resource allocation, and preemptively detecting and preventing potential leaks within the medicinal gas network. 

Equipments Needed:

Moxa MGATE

Air Mass Flow Meter (1 or more meters may be connected to the same MGATE)

Requirements:

ViGIE Host (Bridge or CyberBox)

Network Infrastructure: 1 RJ45 Network Port for each MGATE(Static IP is mandatory)

The Flow Meter needs to be installed in the gas network, ideally using a bypass branch.

Integration with existing Medicinal Air Central Units

It is also possible to monitor an existing system as long as it has external interfaces for this purpose (e.g. MODBUS Protocol, Pulse Outputs, etc.). Contact us to find out about the possibility of integration.
