To impersonate user's follow these steps:

• Step 1 : In the main menu, on the left side, click on Impersonate.

• Step 2 : Search for the user you want to impersonate using filters or search input

• Step 3 : Click on the icon in the impersonate column.

• Step 4 : Click OK.

• Step 5 : You will login in ViGIE 3  with the selected user on a new browser tab

Only active users are able to be impersonated.

Any changes performed while impersonating a user will be registered on Audit as being done by your Management Portal user on behalf of the Impersonated user.

If the organization from the user you personated has CFR21 validation required you will be asked for you management portal password.
