How many AccessPoints will be required ?

The number of access points required to provide sufficient signal coverage for facilities such as hospitals, laboratories, IVF clinics, and similar environments may vary based on factors such as building layout, construction materials, equipment interference, and signal propagation characteristics. Access points typically have signal coverage without obstacles of up to 600 meters, but inside facilities with walls, this range may be reduced to around 100 meters, taking into account that the sensors may be inside equipment and naturally the transmitted signal are also obstructed. However, it's essential for customers to consider that certain equipment within these facilities may produce magnetic fields, causing interference with wireless signals. Therefore, careful planning and consideration of potential sources of interference are necessary during the design and deployment of wireless networks in such environments. It may be necessary during the ViGIE System implementation to reinforce the signal by installing AccessPoints in signal shadow areas.

Below is an example of multiple AccessPoint positioning. Note that white part of the floor plan is not covered, and that the blue part may have signal shadow areas, so in practice its diameter is not linear

Below is the wall effect in detail. Note that in the second image the signal coverage is greatly reduced due to incorrect positioning (off-center) as well as the influence of the walls.
